Salesforce Production Support Associate

**Job summary**

As a part of the Commercial Banking Salesforce Production Support team you will provide production user support for the Salesforce Customer Relationship management system

**Job responsibilities**:

- Understand the business complexity and provide resolution/workaround to the user's problems
- Respond to critical production operational issues and follow up with team for resolution.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and provides resolution or escalation.
- Tracks and responds to inquiries, problems and requests for information.
- Ensure all stakeholders are communicated with the core issue with apt descriptions to ensure quicker turnaround.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in any or all of the following areas: systems support, systems administration, databases, system customer support environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience.
- Ability to use and comprehend code written in Visual Force Lightening, SOQL and APEX, although advanced coding skills are not required.
- Experience with Agile implementation methodologies.
- Experience in Change Management Control process.
- Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skill set

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Able to read code, analyze the code to pinpoint the issue will be PLUS
- Salesforce Certified Advanced/Administrator a PLUS. Salesforce Trailheads a PLUS
- Salesforce best practices, Center of Excellence, and Change Control.
- Salesforce Experience Builder / Cloud experience a Plus.
