Over the course of six months, program participants will work within Salesforce's Technology, Sales, or Customer Success team, receive on-the-job training from Salesforce leaders, and be paired with a mentor to help navigate their career.

**Job Purpose**
The Sales Programs Office (SPO) functions as the _'Pipeline Officers' _of the company. They serve as internal consultants to the Sales organization, and assist Sales leaders with maximizing Sales pipeline generation and conversion. As a member of the SPO, a Sales Programs Senior Specialist will work in close collaboration across Sales, Strategy, Sales Development, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure that business problems are being tackled constructively.

They will be expected to ideate and implement Sales Programs that result in Generation, Progression, and Closure of Sales Pipeline. Naturally, such a role shall require analysis and evaluation of qualitative & quantitative data, and deriving actionable insights from them.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:

- Create Content for internal and external consumption
- Create Win Wires/Customer Stories for consumption by Sellers
- Designing structured Sales Programs and developing Key Performance Metrics
- Launching and/or supporting strategic initiatives
- Collaborating with the Marketing & Sales Ecosystem to identify execution problems/patterns
- Delivering presentations to large teams

**Desired Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of work experience is a must.
- Work experience/degree relevant to Quantitative Analysis, Excel, and Logical Reasoning
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, and/or Business Objects (or similar analytical packages) is a plus
- Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
