Sales Program Manager

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and programs aligned with company objectives and market trends.

Program Development: Lead the design and implementation of sales programs, including promotions, incentives, and partnerships, to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Sales Enablement: Provide guidance and support to the sales team through training programs, sales tools, and resources to enhance their effectiveness and productivity.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to optimize program effectiveness and drive results.

Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats to inform sales strategies and programs.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and integration of sales programs with overall business objectives.

Customer Engagement: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to engage customers and drive sales conversions.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and vendors to support sales initiatives and drive mutual growth.

Budget Management: Manage the budget for sales programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve revenue targets.
