**Job Title-Customer Retention Executive -Executive**

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Mention briefly the purpose of the position**
- **To improve the district renewal performance and to give the customer service better in terms of retention /persistency inputs & output there by increasing customer’s loyalty;**_

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Please list down all the major & routine duties & responsibilities below**
- _**Meet the persistency Business targets for the location districts;;**_
- _**Coordinating with State Operations team and ABH and identify opportunities for improving the persistency numbers for the location;**_
- _**Also, Introduce & drive initiatives which strengthen the Persistency focus for ex: NACH mandates /Novo pay-related communication etc**_

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Educational qualifications, minimum years of service and other**

- _**Minimum 1-3 yrs experience of relevant Experience**_
- _**1-2 yrs collections (Loans /Insurance /Field activities)experience is preferable;**_
- _**Knowledge in MS Office preferable;**_
- _**Persistency and renewals target focused activities exposure 1-2 Yrs is preferable;**_
- _**Ready to travel at least 7days a month;**_

**Additional Skill Required: Retention experience in the Insurance sector**
