**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager at SMSHandover. The Customer Success Manager will manage and maintain strong relationships with our customers. The position requires a focus on customer satisfaction and retention, driving customer engagement, and ensuring the successful adoption of our products and services. The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for analyzing customer data and providing meaningful insights to drive business growth.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing customer relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement and ensuring successful adoption of products and services
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
- Coordinating with vendors and handling purchase and selling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
