Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-obsessed Customer Success Executive to join our team in Indore. In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their satisfaction and proactively addressing their needs. Your key focus will be on building strong relationships, gathering structured feedback, and ensuring customer happiness through consistent engagement and communication.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct regular calls with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.


Feedback Management:

  • Gather and document structured feedback from customers to improve services.
  • Share actionable insights with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.


Customer Advocacy:

  • Ensure customers' needs and concerns are prioritized within the organization.
  • Escalate unresolved issues and follow up until resolution is achieved.


Relationship Building:

  • Foster long-term relationships with customers by understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they get maximum value from our services.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics and trends to management.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years in customer success, customer support, or relationship management.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic data management software.
  • Personal Traits:
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
