Customer Relationship Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales by promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and increasing market share.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics including conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the overall sales and customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively close sales and overcome objections.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in retail, e-commerce, or a sales-driven environment is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business operations.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for driving results and exceeding expectations.
