About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to join our real estate team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while building meaningful relationships with clients. Your role will be to support and manage client interactions, assist with property transactions, and ensure clients have a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with information on property.
- Pleasant and presentable personality
- Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service.
- Handle **client inquiries, follow up on leads**, and maintain relationships with potential buyers.
- Coordinate and **accompany clients on property visits**, ensuring a pleasant and informative experience.
- Assist clients in understanding the Project, addressing their queries, and guiding them thought the process
- Maintain and update client databases, track interactions, and ensure all client information is recorded and managed efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Collect client feedback to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

**Languages**: English and Telugu (Hindi will be Added advantage)

Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills**; ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
