Customer Relations Executive (CRE) - Sales
**Location**:

**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) for Sales at Isuzu, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving vehicle sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will act as a bridge between the customers and the dealership, guiding them through the sales process, addressing their queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Greet and welcome customers to the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Provide detailed information about Isuzu vehicles, features, and specifications.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Assist customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process, including test drives and financial options.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with potential and existing customers to close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance team to ensure seamless processing of sales documentation.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Market Awareness**:
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and Isuzu product features.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales team and management.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
- Actively participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events to drive sales.
- **Post-Sales Support**:
- Ensure customers receive post-sales support, including vehicle delivery coordination and after-sales follow-ups.
- Assist customers with service scheduling and warranty-related queries.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in automobile sales or customer relations.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive selling skills and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is an advantage.
