**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Development**:
- Develop new recipes and products, ensuring they align with market trends and business objectives.
- Modify and optimize existing recipes for improved taste, texture, shelf life, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure product scalability for mass production while maintaining quality and consistency.
- **Market and Trend Analysis**:
- Conduct research on culinary trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify product gaps and opportunities.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**:
- Test recipes in lab and production settings, adjusting for equipment, ingredients, and processes.
- Conduct sensory evaluations to ensure flavor profiles meet customer expectations.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to comply with safety, regulatory, and labeling requirements.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:
- Partner with production teams to implement recipes on a large scale, addressing technical challenges.
- Work with procurement to source and evaluate new ingredients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for product launches and promotions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Document recipes, processes, and modifications for reference and standardization.
- Prepare detailed reports on trials, outcomes, and recommendations.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education and Experience**:
- Degree or diploma in culinary arts, food science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product development or as a chef, preferably in large-scale or industrial kitchens.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Knowledge of food production techniques and large-scale manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, such as HACCP and ISO regulations.
- Understanding of ingredient functionality and food chemistry.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Creativity and innovation in recipe development.
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting production challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Passion for food and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
