**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Development**: Create and develop new recipes and products that align with market trends and company objectives.
- **Menu Innovation**: Develop and refresh menus with new dishes, considering current culinary trends and customer preferences.
- **Recipe Testing and Standardization**: Conduct tests on new recipes and products, standardize recipes for consistency and scalability.
- **Ingredient Sourcing**: Collaborate with the procurement team to source new ingredients and ensure they meet quality standards.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all new products meet food safety standards, nutritional guidelines, and taste expectations.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to bring new products to market.
- **Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and technologies to innovate and enhance product offerings.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all recipes, formulations, and product development processes.
- **Customer Feedback**: Analyze customer feedback on new products and adjust recipes and products as necessary.
- **Training**: Train kitchen staff on new recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistent product preparation.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Chef, with at least 1 years in an R&D or product development role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of food science and culinary techniques.
- Ability to innovate and create new recipes that meet market demands.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recipe management software.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
