**DIL Foods** is seeking a motivated and creative R&D Intern with a passion for Indian cuisine,

Fusion cooking, and a strong understanding of culinary practices. As a valued member of

our team at DIL Foods, the intern will work closely with our Research and Development

department to innovate, refine, and create new recipes while understanding the basics of Food Cost analysis.

**Responsibilities**:
Culinary Innovation: Collaborate with the R&D team to ideate, research, and develop innovative and delectable Indian Fusion Brands/ Recipes aligned with our brand's vision and objectives.

Recipe Development: Create, modify, and improve existing recipes, ensuring they meet quality standards, cost efficiency, and customer preferences.

Food Cost Analysis: Assist in basic food cost calculations, analyzing ingredients, portion sizes, and recipe costs to ensure profitability.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of recipes, variations, modifications, and other R&D-related documentation for future reference and replication.

Research and Analysis: Stay updated on culinary trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to propose new ideas and improvements.

**Qualifications**:
Culinary Knowledge: Strong understanding and passion for Indian cuisine, Fusion cooking techniques, and a creative flair for blending different culinary styles.

Food Cost Understanding: Basic knowledge of food costing principles, ability to analyse ingredient costs, and their impact on recipe development.

Documentation Skills: Proficient in organising and maintaining detailed records, recipes, and reports accurately.

Research Abilities: Ability to conduct thorough research on ingredients, cooking techniques, and market trends to propose innovative ideas.

Passion and Drive: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

**Education and Experience**:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or related fields.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
