**Job Description: Executive Assistant to Founder**

As a growing startup, we are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to join as an **Executive Assistant**. This role combines administrative support, operational management, and recruitment assistance, offering a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the business while working closely with the founder.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Recruitment Support**
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions for open roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients/ hiring managers.
- Support in conducting employment checks and preparing hiring reports.
- Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

**2. Administrative and Operational Support**
- Manage the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Organize business documentation, prepare reports, and create presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
- Track and manage ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

**3. Strategic and General Support**
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
- Brainstorm and assist in drafting action plans for business growth.
- Provide miscellaneous support in daily office operations and ad-hoc tasks.

**Who You Are**

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in administration, recruitment, or operations. Freshers with strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred).
