We have a newly created and exciting opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to join a leading distribution company based in Dunstable.
This role would suit someone with strong communication and organisational skills and if you have a flare for continuous improvement this could be right up your street
You will be the focal point for all internal and external customers so effective communication is the key to success in this role.
Role responsibilities for an Administrative Coordinator:
- Organising paperwork for shipping companies
- Getting quotes and booking freight companies
- Arranging freight worldwide
- Administering proof of delivery and courier claims
- Processing returns for credits
- Updating purchase orders with correct pricing
- Reporting for inventory history cost
- Responding to requests for information regarding PO numbers and updating customers
- Liaising with materials management and sourcing team and external suppliers
Skills and experience required for an Administrative Coordinator:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SAP or similar software
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft packages including excel
- Good business acumen
- Great organisation
- Strong influencing skills
