This Role will be based out of Mumbai is an exciting opportunity to join Credit production management group which is globally responsible for maintaining high standards of production management by executing internal projects and initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Credit Production Management team, as well as enhance the stability of the technology platform. This role will be the team contributor based out of Mumbai.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot incidents and work with multiple stakeholders until resolution
- Work with development teams on regular basis to ensure all issues and stability/resiliency enhancements are tracked.
- Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions.
- Work on global production management objectives and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
- Implementation of robust monitoring to proactively identify system issues
- Investigating production issues on behalf of business facilitating resolution with multiple teams where required.
- Working on assigned projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
- Opportunities to work on automation projects within the global team to eliminate toil.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a software engineering discipline
- Minimum experience of 4 years in Application support
- Experience on batch support and understanding of business SLA
- Skills required: Unix/Linux, SQL, Python, Knowledge on Sybase, Oracle Database and Geneos monitoring preferred
- Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages, plus an interest in learning other coding languages and skills as needed
- Knowledge on Change management, incident management and Problem management
- Excellent Communication Skills
