Admin Accounts Executive

We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as an HR cum Accounts Executive. This hybrid role combines responsibilities in human resources and accounting, making it a unique and challenging opportunity for a motivated professional.
**Responsibilities**:
Human Resources:
2. Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.
3. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
4. Administer payroll and benefits programs, addressing employee queries and concerns.
5. Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
6. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and training programs.
Accounts:
1. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Process invoices, manage payments, and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
3. Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records.
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
5. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
6. Support budget planning and forecasting activities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and/or accounting roles.
3. Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll processes, and financial accounting principles.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR and accounting software.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
