**Position Overview**:
The Accounts Receivable cum Admin Executive will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable functions within the university while also handling various administrative duties to support the Finance and Administration departments. This role involves overseeing student tuition and fee collections, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing general administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations within the university.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Receivable**:

- Process and issue invoices for tuition fees, lab fees, and other charges to students and external parties.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely collection of overdue accounts.
- Record and reconcile payments received, including cash, cheques, and electronic transfers.
- Prepare and review accounts receivable aging reports, providing regular updates to the Finance department.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to accounts receivable.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to student accounts and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student accounts and transactions.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Provide general administrative support to the Finance and Administration departments including but not limited to handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents and reports for internal and external audits.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper-based documents.
- Coordinate and support university events, meetings, and activities as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and faculty members.
- Handle day-to-day office tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks and projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or financial management, preferably within an educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and university financial systems.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience within a university setting is advantageous.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with standard office hours, typically Monday through Saturday.
- Office environment with regular interaction with university staff, students, and external vendors.
- May require occasional overtime or flexibility in work hours based on university needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
