Admin and Accounts Executive

**Job Summary**
Admin Executive will be act as a strong point of contact between Centre and various other departments based at HQ including mainly Accounts, Purchase, HR & MIS. This is a critical position managing the inventory, cash, employees, and the reports.
- Education: Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in similar capacity required
**Skills Required**:
- Inventory Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Cash Handling
- Goods Receipt Note
- MIS Reporting
- HR functions like interview coordination, joining formalities preferably
**Computer Skills**:
- Windows Operating system
- MS Office
**Role & responsibilities**:
- Daily sales entries and coordination with Banks executives
- Petty cash management
- MIS reporting like Sales Report, Inventory report
- Centre level reimbursement of staff
- General Office Administration
- Housekeeping and Security Vendor Management
- Back-office Maintenance
- Walk-in Interviews Coordination & Joining Formalities
- Logistics monitoring at center & manage Software.
- Facility Management.
- Coordination between Internal Department like Accounts, HR & Purchase
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
