An Office Assistant helps to ensure an organisation’s smooth operation by performing various administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, preparing and sending correspondence, data entry, filing and preparing presentations and reports. Office Assistants may also respond to customer inquiries, greet and guide visitors and perform general clerical duties such as sorting mail and organising paperwork. Their purpose is to assist other employees by doing tasks like taking notes of meetings and communicating with vendors to order office supplies as needed.

**Salary**: ₹11,250.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
