Roles & Duties:
Communicated with Hoteliers, Architects, PMC's, Consultants and Contractors to incorporate input in products specifications & designs, also coordinated with municipal building department and other governing agency officials for relevant products approvals/specifications.
Coordinated with Clients, Consultants and Contractors during BOQ & Bidding Stage. Analyzed projects to determine resource requirements and procured necessary equipments with best solutions. Investigated and corrected or escalated project problems.
Targeting projects like Hotels & Resorts projects, Commercial, AIRPORTS, Hospitality, MNC, IT parks, CPWD, PWD, Industries, Institutes, Hospitals, Manufacturing plants, Resorts & Many more
Developed team communications and information for Meetings OR Site Visits. Audited team performance and compliance with skilled standards. Led team for on time-delivery of projects with results.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Maintaining & updating the project data sheet of all on going & upcoming Government / Private Project Region vise
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Ensuring projects meet deadlines
Lead Generation, Sales coordination, B2B sales, Corporate Sales, Team Building,Achieve Individual targets & Branch target.
**Quality Required**:
**Minimum 5+ years experience in building materials industries Projects sales experience, having good relation and network in Architects, contractors, developers, Interior contractors, Consultants, MEP, PMC etc.. Team Leadership: Motivation-Collaboration-Supportive Sales Directions etc. Has to be from Chennai based with knowledge of all areas of cities & traveled whole Delhi & Haryana Region.**
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
