JOB DETAILS
1) Responsible for all commercial activities and organization for both direct customers
2) Responsible for customer activities of the commercial organization and performance objectives through implementation of defined sales growth initiatives deployment
3) Synchronize business priorities with Global/ regional Sales function Strategic Key Account, Sales Operations & After sales, Technical Service & Pre-sales for deployments
4) Keep a constant link with field activities (visit frequently customers, check sales and service on the field)
5) Responsible for organization achievement of commercial (sales) results
6) Control and monitor the performance against standards / objectives
