Executive Assistance

**Responsibilities: -**
**1. Calendar and Schedule Management**
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meeting and events. Provide reminders and prepare necessary documentation for scheduled appointments.
**2. Meeting Coordinating and Support**
- Prepare meeting agendas and distribute them to relevant parties. Assist in preparing presentation material and collecting relevant documents for meetings.
**3. Communication and Correspondence**
- Respond to inquiries and requests redirecting them to appropriate individuals when necessary. Draft and proof-read various documents, including reports, memos and presentations. Follow up with requisite vendors.
**4. Travel Arrangements**
- Prepare travel expenses reports and reconcile them in a timely manner.
**5. Administrative Support**
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filling, copying, scanning, and record - keeping. Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
**6. Confidentiality and Discretion**
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with at most professionalism and maintain a high level of discretion.
**Qualification and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree., Proven Experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry (preferred).
**Salary 20k to 30k per month**
**Working days ** 6 days working in a week. Timing - 09:30am to 06:30pm.
Pay: ₹9,506.70 - ₹33,259.67 per month
