The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership by managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating meetings, and performing a variety of tasks to ensure seamless operations. T

Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar and Schedule Management:

- Manage the executive’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Prioritize and coordinate time-sensitive tasks effectively.

2. Communication and Correspondence:

- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

3. Meeting Coordination:

- Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure effective follow-ups on action items.

4. Travel Arrangements:

- Plan and book travel itineraries (flights, accommodation, transportation).
- Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.

5. Office Administration and Support:

- Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Maintain files, records, and other documentation for easy retrieval.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and various departments.

6. Event Planning and Project Assistance:

- Assist in organizing corporate events, conferences, or team off-sites.
- Support the executive on ad hoc projects and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
- Knowledge of expense management software.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).

Work Conditions:

- Full-time, in-office or hybrid role, with occasional travel as required.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs.
