**Job Title**: Executive Assistant to CEO
**Location**: Knowledge Park 3
**Salary**: 15,000 INR fixed
**Experience**: 6 months to 1 year

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO.
**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses
- Assist in preparing for meetings, including agenda creation, document preparation, and follow-up actions
- Conduct research and compile information as needed to support the CEO's decision-making process
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, expense management, and invoice processing
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in specific industry/sector is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
