- Draft and review documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and teams located in Kolkata, Noida, China, and Shanghai.
- Oversee the timely exchange of information and ensure alignment on key deliverables.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to maintain operational efficiency and project momentum.
- **Task and Project Management**:

- Track the progress of ongoing projects, manage task assignments, and follow up on deadlines.
- Provide summaries and updates on projects to help the CEO make informed decisions.
- Support the CEO in prioritizing tasks to optimize workflow.
- **Communication Management**:

- Screen and manage incoming communication, responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Organize and streamline communication channels to prevent information bottlenecks.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Ensure that daily business operations run smoothly and address any issues as they arise.
- Assist in implementing policies and procedures that enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with various departments to synchronize business activities and manage escalations.

Pay: ₹3,500.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
