**Requirements**:
- Experience level required: 3 to 6 years
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and make travel arrangements
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate and support the CEO in meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Conduct research and prepare materials for presentations, reports, and speeches
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, clients, and partners
- Organise and maintain files, records, and confidential information
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting a CEO or other senior executives
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in making presentations and coordination with the clients
- Ability to handle client relationships
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
