**About This Role**:
**Consultant-Field Officer, Programs** will be responsible for rolling out the implementation of the Grant project in the assigned location. The position will support the quality of programs providing technical inputs and support deliverables on education (PENCIL) to ensure a high impact on children

**Required Experience and Education**:

- Post-Graduate/ Graduate in Social Work /Social Sciences/ Management/ other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in program implementation and training.
- Strong experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Organized, team player, self-starter and results-oriented individual.
- Be gender sensitive with strong conviction and skills for the empowerment of excluded and disadvantaged children.

**Primary Responsibilities/Scope of Work**:

- Coordinate and support the program team in the implementation program deliverables on education (PENCIL) to ensure a high impact on children.
- Be responsible for collecting and managing field level data of program activities, support the monitoring and evaluation processes, support reviews and statistical analysis in the assigned schools.
- Support team in planning, coordinating, and tracking progress against agreed indicators.
- Supervise and provide support to field facilitators in delivering their assigned deliverables.
- Build capacities of field facilitators on the required areas.
- Support in networking with relevant government bodies and local organizations, community leaders, gender inclusive learning spaces, community-based forums, etc.
- Ensure quality documentation and reporting of the project activities and outcomes.
- Establishing and maintaining PENCIL centers at the project locations
- Conducting Awareness drive at the community level
- Organizing Social Emotional Learning sessions for the parents and at the community leavel
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
