**Good Business Lab **(GBL) is an independent, non-profit labor innovation company. We use rigorous academic research to prove that worker wellbeing programs have business impacts. We develop market-ready, scalable interventions that benefit both workers and businesses. Our goal is to disrupt the traditional notion of business, and show that worker wellbeing can be a good business practice.

**GBL Summer Internship Program for Research interns**:_For this cohort, we are actively looking to host students from SC/ST/OBC as part of our affirmative action (AA) initiative. AA also extends to Denotified and nomadic tribes (DNT) and Semi Nomadic Tribes (SNT). 50% of internship positions have been reserved for students from historically marginalized/oppressed backgrounds, who are underrepresented in the development ecosystem._**

**Location**:Delhi/Bangalore

**Internship Duration**: 1-3 months

**Type of Internship**: Full time, paid

**Start Date**: Immediate

**Stipend**: INR 15,000/ month

**What will you do?**:
The Field Intern will work closely with Field and Research Associates, the research implementation team, the data team, and other field staff to help implement various research projects.

**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Conducting and coordinating field surveys and making regular field visits (can be to rural areas) to ensure that the survey is being conducted properly
- Planning the timeline for field activities, managing and coordinating field visits along with respective project POCs
- Maintain and track field reports in Google documents, and spreadsheets and make necessary arrangements on the field for day-to-day activities.
- Assist in the translation/transcription of survey questionnaires and other relevant documents.
- Maintaining relations with and other additional duties as and when needed.

- Able to work in a team in a dynamic environment on the ground and be self-motivated
- Motivated to pick up challenging tasks with steep learning curves
- Open for fieldwork (in and around Bangalore & Delhi)
- Ability to converse in Kannada/Hindi/Odia
