Ltd. (India’s largest Ready Made Garment firm), and Anant Nyshadham - Assistant Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at the University of Michigan.

For this cohort, we are actively looking to host students from SC/ST/OBC as part of our affirmative action (AA) initiative. **Role Summary**:
**Preferred qualifications/experience**:

- Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field with a portfolio that demonstrates strong design skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively in a team environment

**What will you do?**
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts
- Design marketing materials like posters, banners, and social media posts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering to ensure consistency and quality across all products and communication
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in UI/UX design, as well as graphic design, to continuously improve the user experience
- Ensuring all designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Planning and implementing A/B tests for UI and marketing
- Contributing to the development of branding and marketing materials
