Job Description:

This is a high intensity role in the founder's office. To deliver the outcomes, there are various problems that we need to solve as a team. This role would entail picking problems that are mission critical or augment capacity/capability of a team that is solving a particular problem in order to accomplish the desired outcomes. If you love going deep into problem solving - this is going to be exciting.


  • Pick problem solving OR creation projects within consumer team.
  • For a particular problem, identify root causes, create solutions, test and iterate.
  • For a particular outcome, identify opportunities, create solutions, test and iterate Set up data systems to be on top of performance.
  • Do & share analysis of performance - data, insights and next course of action
  • Collaborating & coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that execution is happening with quality & speed Be on ground to test solutions, do research, etc.
  • Spent 2+ years driving projects, preferably as a part of strategy office/ founder’s office in a startup OR strategy consulting
  • Preferred pedigree of IITs, IIMs, Other tier 1 engineering or B-schools


Required Skill sets ( including the qualitative skills)

  • Must have Project management - Agile principles preferred
  • Problem solving - RCA, experiment design, system orientation
  • Hunger & ability to learn Ownership
