**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**End-User Support**:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist users with setting up new devices, software installations, and system configurations.
**Helpdesk Management**:
- Prioritize and manage helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams and follow up on issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of helpdesk interactions and resolutions.
**Hardware and Software Troubleshooting**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist with software-related issues, including installations, updates, and compatibility problems.
**User Training**:
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance end-users' understanding of technology and systems.
- Create and update user documentation and guides to promote self-help solutions.
**IT Infrastructure Support**:
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and support IT projects.
**Security and Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of security measures to protect against data breaches and unauthorized access.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance the efficiency of IT support services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to contribute innovative solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent are a plus.
