**Senior IT Support**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1) New Hire onboarding, assets management.

2) Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving hardware\Software mainframe issue

3) Installing and up grading software “Bloomberg/Audio Video setting up meeting” and helping while configuring software.

4) VDI, Citrix, login\performance issue. general support with ticketing project coordination.

5) Assisting with technical flaw with soft phone, mails, Zoom and bitlocker login issue.

6) Network related issues like LAN/WAN connecting problem network access performance issue.

7) Coordinating with internal and external support teams for timely fix.

8) Coordinating with maintenance agreement for warranty/repairing hardware covered under HP/Dell/Poly etc.

9) Assisting with peripheral like printers, scanners, cabling systems LAN network interface for access points etc..

10) Supporting team and documenting process and training team members.

11) Technical knowledge on MS AD, DNS,DHCP TCP/IP.

12) Flexible to work in rotational shifts monthly once depending on shift requirement.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
