This role holder is being recruited with a view to support and deliver overall & administrative process compliance and performs other duties as assigned for building the required Corporate Image for the organization in Ahmedabad:

- Lead overall administrative management for office which includes Housekeeping, Safety, Discipline, Reception, Visitor’s management, repair & maintenances, stationary management, petty cash, courier etc
- Documentation and maintaining of administrative and statutory documents, housekeeping material at office
- Maintaining overall corporate office in terms of Hygiene, Safety, Discipline in the office
- Receive employee’s challenges/queries and ensure it is getting resolved in the best possible manner and close the same by responding back to employee.
- Seek suggestions/improvement areas from employees to make workplace a better and engaging place to work
- Managing of petty cash at office, keeping a track of expenses done and submitting the expenses details with supporting bills to accounts on regular basis.
- Arranging Accommodation/travel/local travel/Food(as required) services for management staff along with existing/transferred/new employees and visitors as well.
- Coordinate with Factory Admin team and ensure the transfer of knowledge and best practice is done on regular basis to improve overall office & factory administrative management.
- Coordinate with vendor/Contractor/Utility suppliers for bill payments on time and ensure continuity of services at Corporate office
- Conduct surprise audits/inspection of office and factory to check the status of ongoing housekeeping/stationary/security/contract labour management is working smoothly.
- Employee Travel & Courier Management(Local/International) and monitoring the overall process with mínimal errors and complaints
- Inventory management for all stationary/tea-coffee/ housekeeping/water/other administrative items on regular basis
- Manage office boys to ensure daily tea-Coffee servicing /water/canteen/conference rooms/cabins/reception /housekeeping/hygiene in office is maintained
- Manage company provided vehicle services, drivers, office bus transportation and ensure the required cleanliness, hygiene and safety is maintained
- Should have worked on office administration having strength of more than 70 people
- Good inter personal skills
- Should speak/understand Gujarati
- Ready to travel to factory at least once in a week
- Should also have fair knowledge of factory set up and its working
- Able to adapt to any changes in structure/situation/priorities with plan b or c in place.
- Proactive and go getter attitude.
- Should have good past record of having disciplined and ethical behaviour
- Ready to work extended hours of working/days as per requirement
- Should have a good understanding of numbers/data/analysis/reports
- Should be good in Excel/Drafting with fluency in English communication (Written and Verbal)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
