**Responsibilities**:
- Administration Activities
- Daily sales entries and coordination with Banks executives
- Petty cash management
- Daily Sales Reports Management
- Handle reimbursement invoices and send to HQ to disbursal.
- Day to day general Office Administration
- Housekeeping and Security Vendor Management
- Back office Maintenance
- Transporters Management
- Courier services rate contracts
- Walking Interviews Coordination
- Logistics monitoring at centre & manage Software
- Facility Management.
- Coordination between Internal Department
- Strong Coordination & Cooperation for Accounts, HR & Purchase activities
**Required Skills**:
- Week off will be on Weekdays
- Experience in Front Office Management, Facilities and Office Administration
