**Full Job Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and organizing documents.
- Manage and maintain the executive team's calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.

**Qualification/ Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word and other relevant software programs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
