Position Summary:
As a Senior Executive in Digital Business, your goal is to drive customer success and meet admission targets through strategic initiatives, effective communication, and CRM management. Exceeding revenue and enrollment targets is key.
Key Responsibilities:
**Empowering Futures**:
- Sell courses through various channels (outbound, inbound, online).
- Achieve admission targets by counseling students and stakeholders.
**Building Connections**:
- Manage the student journey: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support.
- Identify opportunities within the existing learner community.
- Use excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
**Daily Activities**:
- Connect with over 150 potential learners daily.
- Maintain high-volume customer interactions efficiently.
- Update CRM software in real-time with lead discussions and conversions.
- Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.
Key Result Areas:
- Ensure customer success and meet admission targets through effective counseling.
- Provide career guidance and skills assessments.
- Adhere to sales processes and data management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate
