The Vacancy

We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are currently seeking an organised Office and Accounts Administrator to join our Industrial Online Monitoring team in Chester.

As an Office and Accounts Administrator within our Industrial Online Monitoring division, you’ll oversee the essential daily functions of accounts, paperwork, and supplier relationships. This role ensures the smooth operation of office management, invoice handling, supplier orders, and staff expenses to support our online monitoring tasks.

Responsibilities- Manage ad hoc invoicing, staff expenses, and office operations.- Enter invoices, orders, and expenses using Sage 200 Cloud.- Coordinate orders, work orders, and shipment of products.- Maintain supplier relationships and complete site attendance and compliance paperwork.- Support ISO-related actions and manage customer and contractor questionnaires.

Qualifications/Experience- Previous experience in office administration or a related field.- Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting software, particularly Sage 200 Cloud (preferred).- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.- A positive, problem-solving attitude and flexibility.
