Back Office Admin

Responsibility includes management of all office facilities including maintenance, security, House Keeping administration & office services. To arrange to procure, install & maintain various facilities, utilities & equipment. To call & negotiate with sub-contractors / outsourcing agencies with a view to manage various requirements. Coordinate between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Purchase Offer / Quotation preparation
- Sales Order Processing
- Payment follow-up with clients
- Prepare and provide -- Necessary Sales/ inventory data reports.
- Backend support, record-keeping, deadlines.
- Communicating with customers about order status and shipping details as required
- Answering questions about products or services offered by a company to potential customers
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- To coordinate and assist the sales, commercial, and logistic team
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Possess documentation skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
