We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the coordination between the Sales, Production, and HR teams, as well as handling various back-office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business. Your role will be essential in ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining clear communication, and managing routine administrative processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Team Coordination**: Work closely with the Sales team to support in managing schedules, tracking customer inquiries, and processing relevant documentation.
- **Production Team Follow-up**: Liaise with the Production team to ensure timely completion of orders, track progress, and address any operational concerns.
- **HR Team Support**: Communicate with the HR team regarding employee-related tasks, documentation, and coordination.
- **Payment Follow-ups**: Follow up with clients for outstanding payments, issue reminders, and ensure that all financial transactions are processed on time.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and professional communication across all departments, ensuring that tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Previous experience in handling payments or accounts receivable is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,751.54 - ₹15,000.00 per month
