Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate staff members
Greeting visitors and providing assistance as needed
Processing and distributing mail and incoming packages
Maintaining filing and organizational systems for various departments
Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Data entry and record keeping
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Assisting with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,458.27 per month
