As an Administrator Intern, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions critical to our interior design projects. You will be expected to be street-smart, skilled in vendor management, adept at project management, and can provide effective leadership within the administrative team. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management**:

- Identify and assess potential vendors for interior design projects.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely project deliveries.

**Project Management**:

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Monitor project timelines and resources.

**Leadership Experience**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the supervisors.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects, vendors, and office
- administration.
- Generate reports and analysis as needed to support decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management and project management, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- A proactive and street-smart approach to handling tasks and challenges.

**Experience**: upto 6 months

**Location**: Jodhpur Cross Road, Ahmedabad

Stipend: Based on Interview

**Duration**:4 months and then based on performance-based employment and package will be confirmed.

**Note**: Immediate joiners are preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 per month
