Your Roles & Responsibilities
1. Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to seamless onboarding for new employees and exit process of the employees.
2. Accountable for other admin work & Vendor management.
3. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
4. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations in the Company.
