KL University Hyderabad is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the Dean of Administration Management. As a key member of the university's leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions and ensuring seamless operations across all departments and branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Leadership: Oversee daily operations, implement university policies, and work closely with leadership to develop strategic plans that enhance the university's administrative capacity.
  • Faculty Management: Support HR in recruitment, training, and development efforts, foster a collaborative environment, and serve as a liaison between administration, faculty, staff, and students.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Assist in managing the university's budget, oversee procurement process, and ensure financial stability and sustainability of university operations.
  • Student Affairs & Services: Supervise student services, address and resolve student concerns regarding administrative processes, and ensure compliance with student-centric policies.
  • Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure adherence to national or international regulations and accreditation standards, collaborate with external bodies, and maintain understanding of changing educational policies.
  • Strategic Planning & Development: Contribute to strategic planning process, lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, and prepare regular reports on administrative matters.

Qualifications:

  • PhD from top institutions preferred, considerable experience in senior administrative role in academic environment required.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to manage complex administrative functions, excellent knowledge of higher education policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements essential.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, resources, and strategic planning, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, student management systems, and other educational technologies necessary.
  • A proactive approach to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for faculty and staff expected.

Salary: ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
