Presales Executive

**Customer Interaction**:Initiate and maintain conversations with prospective customers exploring their needs and requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
**Product Insight**: Gain in-depth knowledge about our real estate projects, showcasing high-level expertise during client interaction. Assist customers in understanding the property details including legal aspects, architectural designs, layouts, and other relevant information.
**Business Development**: Identify potential buyers and convert leads into successful sales. Participate in client meetings or corporate events to network and expand clientele. Showcase our projects at property fairs and expos.
**Sales Support**:Prepare and present property proposals to clients, negotiate and close deals efficiently. Ensure completion of necessary paperwork, keeping track of transactions for future references. Provide support in facilitating site visits for potential clients.
**Market Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends. Understand the competitive landscape to accurately answer customer inquiries and shape sales strategies.
**Qualifications & Skills Required Educational Qualification**: A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or related field.
**Work Experience**: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate field, would be advantageous. Freshers can apply, training will be provided.
**Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation abilities and customer service orientation. Ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment.
**Personal Traits**: Committed, enthusiastic, and able to build rapport effectively. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
