**Profile Introduction**:
The Presales role in Real Estate involves acting as a liaison between potential clients and the real estate firm. It requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to persuade potential buyers or investors. The Presales professional plays a crucial role in showcasing properties, addressing client inquiries, and ultimately facilitating successful property transactions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting market research to identify potential leads and market trends.
- Engaging with prospective clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Showcasing properties to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Providing accurate information about properties, including pricing, amenities, and location advantages.
- Addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of sale or lease in collaboration with the sales team.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and developers.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
- Keeping abreast of market developments, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
- Providing feedback to management to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
