**Sales Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close sales.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Gather and analyze market and customer information to identify new business opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,621.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month
