**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Work directly with the Directors to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
- Keep the Directors advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and business activities.
- Compose and prepare letters relating to routine correspondence for the Directors signature and approval.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Ensure payments are processed on a timely basis to/from customer
- Ensure proper filing of account bills.
- Assist HR manager in payroll related legal compliances.
- Maintaining cordial relations with clients.
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
- Complete a variety of special projects including creating presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports etc.
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
- Must have leading and self-motivating nature.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
