We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing sales for our food products. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and offer them the best solutions from our product range. **Key Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers through research, inbound inquiries, and existing databases.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with timely information, assistance, and follow-up on their needs.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our food product offerings and be able to explain their benefits and features to customers.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Order Processing: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure that customer orders are processed smoothly and delivered on time.

Reporting: Regularly update sales reports, track sales metrics, and communicate feedback to the management team.

**Requirements**:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role. Experience in the food industry is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in CRM software.

Language: Fluency in English and Hindi.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
