Job Title: Inside Sales & Operations Executive
Location : DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74 A Gurugram
**Position Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. This role combines sales support, customer relationship management, and operational coordination to ensure seamless business operations and exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
Inside Sales
2. Customer Engagement: Build relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
3. Sales Support: Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product/service information.
4. Follow-Up: Track leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Operations
6. Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics, supply chain, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
7. Documentation: Manage and maintain operational records, PI etc.
8. Reporting: Generate periodic sales and operational reports for management review.
**Skills and Qualifications**
Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech / BCA / Business Administration / Marketing or a related field is preferred.
**Preferred Attributes**
2-5 yrs of Experience in similar profile
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
