**1- Executive Sous Chef - 5000 Sar (13 lac)**

Must have at least 15 years of work experience in many different cuisines.

Culinary bachelor’s degree.

Excellent experience and knowledge in: Hot Kitchen, including Butchery, and sea food.

Good knowledge in: Cold Kitchen, sauces, Bakery and Pastry section.

Knowing Arabic and Khaliji cusine is a plus.

Certification in at least 2 of the following: Food Safety Management System, HACCP, GHP, SSOP, GSP, IPM, GMP, GLP, ISO 22000

Have a good knowledge in Ms Office.

Must also have strong knowledge and experience in Restaurant Operation Management

Age - Not older than 40.

Salary is 5,000 Sar.

One Day off every week.

12 hrs Duty

2 way tickets every Two years.

3 years contract.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
